One dedicated parking space for 1 car (no RVs etc.).

Just a short ride to the University of Berkeley, the Gourmet Ghetto, or bustling Solano Avenue by car or bike. Only a few blocks away from hiking trails in Tilden Regional Park and down the road from the Berkeley Rose Garden.
