Az ingatlanhoz nagy, árnyas kert tartozik grillezésre ,bogràcsozàsra kivàlóan alakalmas.A szomszédok távol esnek senki nem zavarja a nyugalmat.A hàz előtt fut a Tisza- tó kerülő kerékpárút, ezen kb. 8perc séta a vàrosi Szabadstrand illetve a kikötők, Halas-tér ,termàl fürdő , a tavaly átadott Természet búvár központ , valamint autóval 5 perc a poroszlói Ökocentrum, 30 perc Eger és Debrecen is. Debrecen. A ház előtt és a zárt udvarban kb 10 autó számára van parkolási lehetőség.

Magyarország középső részén Nagykőröstől 3 kilomèterre található ez a tradícionális alföldi paraszt tanya, mely már 11 éve az otthonunk. Aki hozzánk látogat, nehezen indul útnak innen. Ezért is álmodtunk egy nagyot, és úgy gondoltuk nem csak barátainknak, hanem másoknak is szeretnénk adni ebből a nyugalomból.
