Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. River frontage of 300 meters in 40 acres of rolling farmland overlooking the beautiful Jamieson River Valley and mountains beyond. Wide wraparound verandas with stunning views for all weather outdoor dining, a fire pit and BBQ. Inside, heated floors and fireplace for winter comfort, air conditioning for summer. 3 spacious bedrooms (main ensuite), King size beds, 2 bathrooms, separate loo, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
