This studio apartment is private, modern, and newly renovated. You'll have a kitchenette, grill, outdoor seating, and access to beach equipment. Also only a 5 minute walk to the West Ashley Greenway for biking/jogging!

Take it easy at this cozy & tranquil getaway, located on a saltwater pond. Share our backyard with us to relax in a hammock, enjoy catch & release fishing & chill by the fire 🔥 pit. No cleaning fee! Fragrance free detergent used for bedding & towels. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No animals of any kind allowed. We would love to adhere to Airbnb's guidelines for service or emotional support animals, unfortunately we cannot due to health issues of the owner.

Bright, beachy and bohemian one bedroom pool house in the heart of James Island, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach. Please note: we live here full time, so the private apartment is yours, but the pool and backyard are shared with our family.
