Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

We unlock the upstairs for additional beds if there are more than 4 people booked for the house. The upstairs is a bunkroom.

The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code.
