Ha il Garage dove parte l'ascensore che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova la cucina, salone, tinello, terrazza , jacuzzi, BBQ,bagno di disimpegno,e il secondo piano con tre camere da letto e i loro bagni privati, più camera in mansarda con bagno.
