This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" just off Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.

Fully furnished kitchen, bath with shower. Quiet space. No smoking indoors. No cats. Dogs allowed but must be well behaved and stay off of the furniture and bedding. Check-in @ 3 PM and beyond. Our cottage is bordered by privacy hedges on both sides. Full use of our beach, kayaks, dock & lakeside fire pit make for a relaxing week. Sunrises on the point are not to be missed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, this cottage has everything you need. The outdoor spaces are shared with our one other rental unit, and us.
