The apartment is located at "Graziella" the oldest district of the island of Ortigia in an independent building recently renovated. It has an area of 40 square meters, which extends over two levels comprising living room with dining area, sofa bed, wardrobe, kitchen with crockery 4 ring hob and oven, bathroom with large shower. On the second level is the master bedroom, a closet, and a private bathroom with shower. The two bathrooms and separate rooms make it ideal for 4 people comfortably or two couples. Well located in a sunny and quiet position among the alleys and courtyards typical of the historic center Ortigia. In just a few minutes walk you can get to the market, shops, restaurants and the solarium. To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find a courtesy kit for bathrooms and for kitchen, linen, towels . Possible rent beach towels. The house is equipped with toaster, electric kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. For children camping cot complete with mattress and linen, high chair,baby bath sterilizer and warmer.Baby Kit have cost add. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.
