This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

Spacious well decorated home owned by a friendly, warm and welcoming couple. WE ARE LIVE IN HOSTS and our home is a shared space, cosy, comfortable, and quiet setting. Short walk to train station, bus stop, and small shopping village. All mod cons and access to shared areas such as kitchen space, living room and laundry area. We have a cat named Sox. She is an older cat that keeps to herself, but she is friendly. Give her time and she will warm up to you!
