Kea - Tzia as the Greeks call it - is probably the best kept secret of the islands of the cyclades archipelago. Only a 1 hour boat trip from the mainland port of Lavrio (20 minutes from Athens' El. Venizelos airport), Kea is a large montainous island with beautiful beaches. Little known to foreign tourists, attatched to its traditions, it is dotted with windmills and chapels and crisscrossed by ancient stonepaved hiking trails. A real "must see" is the prehistoric sculpture of a giant lion, which tradition claims that to touch the tip of his nose brings good luck, The picturesque and ancient site of Karthea which overlooks the sea and is reached only by following the road through a wild creek, is another "must" for a travellers itinary. Harmony is everywhere, life flows peacefully. Ioulis the main town, 10 minutes drive from the port, is a big pedestrian village, built like an amphitheater. A two minutes stroll from the heart of the village, but away from the hussle and bussle, the rental property is built in three levels. Typical Cycladic, stonewalled and breezy, it enjoys a panoramic view from the terrace: the City Hall and its square shaded by plane trees, the roofs of the village and the hill of Kastro and in the distance, the sea, Cape Sounion and the island of Evia... Tastfully decorated in local style, the cottage offers a simple comfort. With two bedrooms in differend levels it can accomodate 4 to 6 people max. Shower room and a second WC, kitchen with tiny fireplace, barbecue possible. We recommend a car or motorbike (which can be rented easily on the island) to access the wildest beaches, but it is possible to do without it, the busses shuttleback and forth between the port and the main beaches.

Sunset Suite Elena

The Sunset Elena Suite is located in perhaps the best spot of Iulida, it has a wonderful balcony with an unlimited and unobstructed view of the Aegean and while it is very close to restaurants and cafes, it does not have the hustle and bustle that would disturb a guest from relaxing and enjoying the view. sleep on cotton-satin sheets make your coffee in the espresso machine and choose the pillow you like for a pleasant sleep. In the bedroom you will find 4 different pillows to choose from. If you just want to relax in front of the TV, you will find a42 inch TV with movable stand to even choose the angle you like.also in the house you will find a toaster, an espresso machine, an electric kettle for tea or Greek coffee and of course a fridge with freezer. Our aim is the comfort of the guest and the joy of his vacation.

The old stables in Pera Meria

The property, is the old stables of our estate that we rebuilt to create a comfortable living space (Guest house), while respecting the local traditional architecture. If you like nature, the view of the Aegean, serenity and privacy, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the vacations you dream of and we hope you will love this place as much as we do. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a built-in sofa, a small kitchen and another bedroom with two single beds.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

My place, called "Ellinika", is a traditional residence with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

A small cozy apartment on the first floor of a Cycladic house at the top of the traditional village of Ioulida, which is accessible by car. It's ideal to host up to 3 persons for relaxing holidays. Features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room, kitchen with 1 sofa bed and a bathroom. It has a small balcony in front of the sitting room offering a lovely view to the hills at the north and the sea. It also has a terrace at the entrance of the house.

The owner of the property who is himself a vine grower lives in a larger house on the grounds and is able and willing to provide 'insider's information' on the island. the village of Ioulis is 20 minutes on foot. Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο σπίτι μας! Παραδοσιακή καθοικιά, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη για να προσφέρει διαμονή μέχρι 4 άτομα στην περιοχή Πλάκα στις Ποίσσες Κέας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, στη μέση ενός λόφου, 5 μόλις λεπτά από την παραλία των Ποισσών με μεταφορικό μέσο (μισή ώρα με τα πόδια) και 15 λεπτά από την Χώρα (Ιουλίδα), πρωτεύουσα του νησιού.

Βρίσκεται κοντά στο υψηλότερο βουνό του νησιού, τον προφήτη Ηλία.
