Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο Σταυράκι, 3 χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι νεόδμητο, σε οικογενειακή κατοικία, σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά που μπορεί να προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας στους επισκέπτες. Είναι προσαρμοσμένο να προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις, πολύ δροσερό το καλοκαίρι και ζεστό το χειμώνα, με ωραία μεγάλη αυλή που διαθέτει δωρεάν χώρο πάρκινγκ, τραπεζαρία σε κιόσκι, μπασκέτα, ξυλόσπιτο. Δεν υπάρχει σκάλα για να εισέλθουν οι επισκέπτες στο σπίτι, ούτε σκαλιά εντός του διαμερίσματος.
