Erittäin hyvä sijainti aivan Ivalon keskustassa rauhallisella alueella. Huoneisto sijaitsee melko uudessa, hissillisessä (ainoa Ivalossa) pienessä kerrostalossa. Sopii myös liikuntarajoitteisille. Huoneistossa on lattialämmitys, jota voi säätää. Oma sauna ja iso lasitettu parveke ovat käytössäsi. Keittiöstä löytyvät tarvittavat välineet kokkailuun, ja myös astianpesukone. Pyykinpesukone ja silitysmahdollisuus ovat myös asunnossa saatavilla. Asunnossa on iso vaatehuone. Asuntoon ei oteta eläimiä.

This is the best spot to watch aurora borealis over open sky on your own private dock. We have decorated the room called Fisu with Finnish design. Täällä et välttämättä tarvitse autoa vaan kaikki palvelut kävelyetäisyydellä. Päivän päätteeksi voit rentoutua oman saunan löylyissä ja nauttia takkatulen loimusta.
