Von dort aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die idyllische Bergwelt Tirols. Die Stadt Imst, mit vielen Gasthöfen und Geschäften, ist ca. 5 km entfernt.

Unser luxur. Landhaus Anna liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel oberhalb von Oetz inmitten von Wiesen und Wäldern mit herrlicher Aussichtslage auf die Bergwelt des vorderen Ötztales. Daneben vermieten wir noch Ferienwohnungen und ein weiteres Chalet auf Anfrage. Wir bieten einen eigener Badeteich, Kinderspielplatz und sind Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen. Das Schigebiet Hochötz erreichen Sie in nur 6 Autominuten und auch andere Schigebiete sind in der Nähe, auch ein Schibus verkehrt kostenlos.

Der Hof wurde mit viel Liebe restauriert, das Alte bewahrt und mit heutigem vereint. „Der Luxus des Einfachen“, das ist das Kredo unseres denkmalgeschützten Hofes. In den Gemäuern der Ögg Höfe haben Generationen ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Was Jahrhunderte überdauert hat, wurde nun mit Liebe im Detail originalgetreu renoviert und als Kulturdenkmal unter Schutz gestellt. Nur durch eine Glasscheibe getrennt, eröffnet sich das Panorama der Alpen und lässt den Geschmack von Authentizität erleben.

Wonderfully situated chalet in the Alps

This is our family's vacation house that we, after a break of almost 5 years, in some periods of the year gladly offer for others to enjoy again. It is perfect for those who look for a ''home away from home'' an independent accommodation that is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. The house is located in the wonderful village of Fendels (1400 m above sea level) which has a skiing and sleighing paradise in the winter and an excellent walking destination in the summer and autumn!

The "Apart Bergzeit" is only 2 minutes away from the famous "Benni - Raich Bridge." The heart of the accommodation is the cozy living room with the tiled stove, which can also be used. The apartment is very spacious, located on the ground floor, and is equipped with everything. We are very centrally located, amidst several ski areas. Also very beautiful in summer for hiking, you can expect an idyllic mountain backdrop with many culinary huts. Pure relaxation.

The chalet includes a fully equipped kitchen and a large, bright living room. There is one bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. You will have the entire house to yourselves; no other guests will be staying there. We - our family - live next door.
