Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Bright waterside apartment, central location

Fabulous views from the light-filled living room. Yachts, ferries, fishing boats and the occasional porpoise will keep you entertained while you sit at the window with a cuppa. This Victorian apartment retains lots of original features and the decor is classic with the occasional quirky flourish. The bedroom is to the rear and is calm and comfortable; the bathroom has a shower with a very low step on entry. There is a private patio within the shared garden at the back of the property.

Wee Coo Byre

Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.

Cragowlet House East. (1200 sq. ft)

The property consists of four flats each with its own individual access and entrance. Cragowlet House East possesses magnificent views of the confluence of Loch Long and The River Clyde and beyond to Cowal peninsula and the isle of Arran. It retains its defining architectural features as per its category 'B' listing from Historic Scotland, with high ceilings, ornate plaster cornice work, 'period' fireplaces, plaster corbels, architraves, skirting and sash & case windows.

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Just outside the Scottish National Park and 6mins walk from the sea is Cedarbank Studio's Yewtree Cottage. A one bedroomed cottage full of art. We have seven artists and they all offer lessons. Sitting in its own garden, Yewtree offers more than just an Airbnb experience. It's an opportunity to get outside and enjoy Argyll, learn something new or just do your own thing. A stunning former lighthouse keeper’s cottage, Lighthouse Point has the most amazing views of the lighthouse and dramatic sea views down the Clyde approach, past Bute, towards Arran. The Coach House is a charming space in a converted period building. There is private parking with electric charging point and outside seating area.
