The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Unsere Alpakas sind zeitweise auf unserem Grundstück oder in der Nähe. Bei uns können Sie Ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Bei der Errichtung Ihr Wohlbefinden für uns an erster Stelle. Das Haus vermittelt viel Gemütlichkeit und ein warmes Wohlgefühl. Geniessen Sie das außergewöhnliche Haus. Auf unserer Gäste Couch finden weitere bis zwei Personen Platz.

Die Wohnung ist im Stadtzentrum Bad Homburg und befindet sich im 2. Geschoss eines Fachwerkhauses. Sie besticht mit sehr zentraler Lage, angenehmem Raumklima, historischem Charme und moderner Ausstattung. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Frankfurt. Die Einkaufsstraße fängt nahezu direkt hinter dem Haus an. Und das Homburger Schloss ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Fußweg zum legendären Casino Royale, zum Kurpark und zur Taunustherme dauert auch nicht länger als 20 Minuten.

Our central location offers a quick connection to the European Central Bank (EZB) as well as short trips to the centre of Frankfurt am Main (approx. 15min) or to the Frankfurt Messe (approx. 28min). We also have car parking facilities including charging points for electric cars in the courtyard.

The apartment is located in a historic building from 1890 with high walls and stylish interior. It is situated in a prime location at the hub of the Rhine-Main area. The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, es gibt außerdem einen offenen Bereich in dem Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer zu finden sind sowie 1 Bad (Dusche & Badewanne) und ist insgesamt ca.100 qm groß. Mieter können ein kleines Fitnessstudio direkt gegenüber von 6-23 Uhr nutzen.

Mit liebevollen Details fühlst Du Dich hier willkommen: Idylischer Innenhof mit Außensauna; ausgebaute Scheune mit Jogaraum. 2017-2020 (Coronabeginn) war ich "Superhost" ausgezeichnet von Airbnb.

Über die direkt anliegende A66 erreicht man von Bruchköbel die A45 und damit die Autobahnanschlüsse nach Norden und Süden in fünf Minuten.
