Welcome to the City Retreat! Ideal for 1-2 adults, this studio offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and kitchenette. Air conditioning (cooling and heating) for year-round comfort. Private driveway parking for one car. Conveniently located near the General Hospital, 5-9 min drive to M27/M3, and 10-15 min drive (40-50 min walk) to the train station and city center. M&S Food Hall and Pure Gym are across the road; Southampton Common Park, Sainsbury's Local, and Londis are within walking distance.

En-suite bed; private access

Ideally situated half way between Southampton centre and Southampton Uni, this calm and stylish space in a period property is a great place to unwind. The newly refurbished en-suite bedroom has its own front door, giving you privacy for your stay. Microwave and fridge provided. This en-suite bedroom is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. NOTE: there is no access to the main house and no shared spaces. The area is quiet but close to shops and cafes and on the main bus routes.

Cosy Flat | Near City Center, Hosp. & Uni

Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Beautiful, Spacious Central Apartment w/Parking

Cromwell Road is the latest addition to my City home stays, with its own private entrance, allocated parking and central location this apartment is perfect for short & long term stays. A spacious one apartment split over the whole first floor, with large living room, seperate bedroom and kitchen/diner. There is a small utility room and bathroom with shower & bath combo. Stylishly finished throughout with new furniture, 60 inch smart tv, gas central heating and instant hot water.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.
