Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.

Our small townhouse consists of an open plan bottom floor with kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The lounge opens up to a small but private backyard which gets plenty of sun in the morning and afternoon. The top floor has the bathroom, an office with desk and monitor and the master bedroom with a queen size bed. Hobsonville Point has all the amenities you need within walking distance including two supermarkets, cafes, a microbrewery, and a ferry to the central city.

Newly renovated private two bedroom cottage within easy walking distance of Greenhithe village . One queen and one twin room (two single beds), full kitchen, lounge (TV with Sky and Chromecast), bathroom and private deck accessed by slider. Safe and secure parking. Heat pump. Suit quiet guests as the cottage sits on our property near our family home. Two bikes available for use. We have a cavoodle. No smoking or pets. No laundry facilities at cottage.

This unique, freestanding tiny house with lean-to is a private, welcoming space and is ideal for one person or a couple. It has a small, private fenced yard and a dedicated free parking space for one vehicle in the front. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is provided in the fully equipped kitchen: pick up your supplies at the supermarkets in Hobsonville or the Farmers Market at the weekends at Hobsonville Point.
