Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.
