Umringt ist es von dichten Wäldern und mind. 7 Seen in der Nähe. Es gibt Hühner, frische Eier, Ruhe, eine Holzsauna mit Schwalleimer und herrlichem Blick über den Erlenwald.

Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt

Das Haus bietet eine gemütliche, helle und gelassene Atmosphäre. Die Terrasse und offene Wohnküche laden zum Kochen und Verweilen ein.

Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
