PLEASE NOTE: we accept ONLY FULL WEEK RENTALS from mid-June to mid-September, but we welcome shorter or much longer stays during the rest of the year. Sweet Cottage just a 1/2 mile to Bank Street Beach and only a block from Main Street. Lovely gardens and landscaping makes it a wonderful retreat setting. Summer months July, August to Sept 10th are at least 1 week rentals Saturday to Saturday , unless a few days are available in between or if there is availability as season approaches. Off season, 2 to 3 night stay minimum, I provide linens, coffee and towels for short term rentals. Cottage sleeps 3 adults nicely, 4 if 2 children.

Beautiful cottage nestled on a half-acre of waterfront property on Swan Pond. The dock offers direct water access. Available are two kayaks, a canoe and two paddleboards. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the water while you enjoy your morning coffee. Local beaches are just minutes away. Enjoy the hammock, swings, hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pits and cocktails on the deck. Wanderers' Rest is located close to bike trails, boat rentals, movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.

Cape Hideaway

Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
