Perched in privacy on the Black River is a rustic Tree House designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature. Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

It is located on the East Shore of the Lake and is located in the quiet Bull Rush Bay, making it the perfect location for fun and relaxation for the entire family. Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Experience the great outdoors with this cabin located in Fine,NY in the Adirondack Mountains. There is plenty to see and do. Take a day and go on the trails and see the water falls in the area. You can also take a day trip to long lake,crandberry lake or even head over to lake placid and to white face mountain. The possibilities are endless. Cabin is off grid but there is a propane heater in cabin and porta potty on property.

Beautiful boathouse on the water with a separate bunkhouse with bathroom located on picturesque Lake Bonaparte on the foothills of the Adirondacks. We have a tandem kayak for use just bring your life jackets. A new Keurig to make your morning coffee to sit on the front porch and enjoy the loons. We have all new mattresses throughout, a new grill and bathroom towels are provided. There is a boat slip available on the side of the boathouse. Lake Bonaparte is 40 min from Watertown.

There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
