Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Our guesthouse has private access and located just outside central Reykjavík, in a very popular residential neighborhood, charming Vesturbærinn (west side). 20 minutes walk downtown. Attractions in Vesturbærinn include the local favorite swimming pool, Vesturbæjarlaugin, the local gourmet supermarket, Melabúðin. Local café and wine bar, Kaffi vest. The outdoors is also nice, with the southern shore of Reykjavík, Ægisíðan just down the street, where you can take beautiful walks along the coast.

Tveir mjög þægilegir svefnsófar, góð eldunaraðstaða fyrir litla rétti. Góður andi í húsinu og gott og rólegt hverfi, stutt í strætó, stofnæðar, og rólegt umhverfi. Við búum í húsinu og erum alltaf til aðstoðar ef eitthvað er 😊
