All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

Nestled in the middle of a 900-acre private farm in Fraziers Bottom, this Caboose turned Tiny Home offers an awesome getaway for guests. We’ve completely renovated both inside and out with a massive deck including a hot tub, fire-pit and outdoor furniture with a view to die for! A cozy sleeping area, ft. a queen bed, and a relaxing living room with a sofa bed across from a unique bay window dining area! Located about 4 miles from the Hatfield McCoy Trails Ivy Branch location and lots of room to park then ride your side by side directly to the trails. Also close to the former Hobet Mine. A very peaceful and beautiful rural area with lots of wildlife around such as deer and turkeys. Relax by the fire pit or walk down to the creek. Only a 25 minute drive from the Southridge Shopping Center.
