Si affaccia su una delle piazze principali del paese, è vicino alla stazione (300 metri) e comodo a qualunque tipo di negozio Attraversando il centro é possibile raggiungere sia il porto che il lungomare (1 km circa sia dal lungomare di San Benedetto che da quello di Grottammare).
