Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Su prenotazione dispone di servizio di prima colazione, pranzo e cena, oltre a boat-renting e taxi boat limousine.

It accommodates up to 4 guests and consists of one double bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a bright balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just a few steps from the lakeside, close to the ferry terminal and bus stop, with a minimarket, bars, and restaurants.

The Zinnia apartment is located in a recently built villa with a modern and elegant design, in the Aureggio district of Bellagio, one of the favorite destinations on Lake Como for its characteristic elegance and beauty. The apartment has a beautiful panoramic view of the lake, immersed in tranquility and with a terrace and a pool for dipping-therapy shared with the couple of owners who live in the main villa. The small pool is open from June to October.
