Dalla zona soppalcata di può godere di una piacevole vista sul lago e sulle vie pedonali tipiche del borgo. La casa è ideale per 2 persone, fino a un massimo di 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Non c'è circolazione di mezzi e le automobili vengono lasciate nel parcheggio pubblico all'ingresso del paesino. Il posto ideale dove passare le vacanze avvolti dalla pace del lago!

Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

Sono felice di ospitarvi nel mio appartamento. È situato al terzo e quarto piano di una palazzina di recente costruzione. Si trova in una zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde e con una vista di 180º sull'incantevole lago d'Orta. Io sono Matteo e gestisco questa locazione turistica. Abito a 10 minuti di distanza e sono felice di consigliarvi mete e destinazioni dei nostri meravigliosi luoghi. E' necessario essere automuniti.
