Welcome to a fully equipped, authentic Karst stone house. The apartment for 6 adults with a private terrace is located on the first floor, the host lives on the ground floor of the same house. In warmer months, the private terrace is a perfect spot to relax in the fresh air. Guests can also use the barbecue in the courtyard and have fun playing darts. Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
