A former artist studio converted to a comfortable retreat space in the North Hill neighborhood of Pensacola. Within a mile of Downtown Pensacola... the location is tough to beat! This cozy space is perfect for two, and is high up overlooking the treetops and rooftops of historic Pensacola. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

While attached to the main house, this guest suite is completely private with it’s own entrance, driveway parking and patio area. The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.
