Erdgeschosswohnung, sehr zentral gelegen! 1 gratis Parkplatz! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan. Zur historischen Altstadt nur 5 Gehminuten! Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, nur 2 Gehminuten! 10 Min. bis zum See und der schönen Promenade! Kinderspielplatz gleich um die Ecke!

Jugendstilvilla wunderschöne grosse Wohnung

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Fühlt Euch willkommen. Carpe Diem 🦋

Avec vue sur le lac, l’appartement que vous lourez, dans cette ferme historique, possède un grand cachet. Il a été rénové avec de beaux matériaux alliant charme de l’ancien et confort moderne. C’est aussi un point de départ idéal pour découvrir une multitude de trésors de la nature régionale comme le Creux du Van ou les Gorges de l’Areuse
