I live on the second floor, and there's one other neighbor on the third. Walk to Golden Gate Park. This is a brilliant getaway for advanced surfers; you step right off the beach into our yard. It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

Lounge is equipped with a TV, wet bar, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and small fridge. The private bathroom (shower) is supplied with soap, towels and hairdryer.

Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.
