We are close to all that is Colorado; gold medal Trout streams, whitewater rafting, biking paths to Aspen and Vail, hiking to mountain lakes and waterfalls, soaking in the outdoor hot springs pools, hot air ballooning, hang gliding, skiing-both local at Sunlight Mountain, or Snowmass/Aspen/Vail/Breckenridge, golfing, breweries, dispensaries, and live music at outdoor restaurants under the bridge! The 'Lil' Cabin

Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

Sit and enjoy the sound of the stream flowing and birds singing from the decks that overlook Divide Creek.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, a/c and a fireplace. Pets allowed upon approval with a pet fee. No aggressive dogs allowed on the property.

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
