Misty Mountain Hut - Piha

A tiny isolated hut amidst Kauri and Rimu trees to escape the world, self check in. Outdoor Fire, long drop, outdoor hot shower/bath. Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand. Misty Mountain Hut supports local Piha staff by paying $40/hr.

Rose Cottage -Private outdoor bath and star gazing

A peaceful, design-led sanctuary just 44 km from Auckland CBD. Rose Cottage sits privately within its own garden on our Karaka farm, offering couples a quiet, romantic escape surrounded by birdsong, orchard views, and open countryside. The feeling is of wonderful seclusion, yet close to Auckland Airport and the city.
