It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

This home has an open concept living room, dining room, and full kitchen along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A microwave, stove, oven, and outdoor grill is provided for all your cooking needs. A double car port is located at the back of the property. A smart TV and Wifi are included. Indoor pets and smoking are prohibited. (Previously Jodi’s property.)

Parliament Place

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax and take a nap in the basket chair or on the twin bed.

It features an open floor plan with beautiful original hardwoods and molding throughout the house. Just 20 minutes from the nearest lake where you will find great fishing as well as waterfowl hunting. North Central KS is also home to some of the best deer, turkey and upland bird hunting you can find.
