The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

L'appartamento è al primo piano ed ha l'uso privato di un ampio balcone a piano (un tavolino, due sedie, due comode sdraio). Tassa soggiorno di € 3 a persona al giorno da pagare all'arrivo.

La Casa di Rosa(a 2 passi da Marinello e Tindari)

La casa è molto spaziosa (150mq), vi sono 2camere da letto, 2 bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, una cucina con salotto munita di televisore, una grande e luminosa mansarda in cui vi è un televisore 55 pollici, e due divani letto. Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.
