With floor to ceiling views of Lake Hayes, Coronet Peak and surrounding mountains with your own private access and your own homely lounge area, this is the perfect retreat that is both close to the bustle of Queenstown, however in a tranquil country setting. Located a 10 minute drive from the airport or to Arrowtown and a 20 minute drive to Queenstown CBD.

Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

This unit is a 15 min drive from the airport, 2 min to Arrowtown, 20 min to Queenstown or 15min to Five Mile shopping centre. Public busses also available a 15 minute walk away from Arrowtown. Several high quality cafes, restaurants, vineyards, golf courses or hiking trails within 5 min, whatever your preferred activity.

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

This contemporary self contained one bedroom accommodation is perfect for you alone or a couples getaway with full PRIVACY.
