Genieße ein paar Tage in unserem Apartment in 1500m Seehöhe und Du hast vollkommene Ruhe, erlebst Entspannung pur und eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf die umliegende Kärntner See- und Berglandschaft. Das gesamte Apartment ist mit einzigartigen Designerstücken dekoriert und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist 36m2 groß und hat Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Auch Haustiere sind jederzeit willkommen. Unser “Highlight” ist der “Indoor Pool”, die Benutzung ist im Preis inkludiert.

Die Tourismusregion Wörthersee- Rosental bietet zahlreiche kulturelle und sportliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten : In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, der Drau-Radweg. Auch Slowenien (Bled) oder Italien (Tarvis) sind einen Ausflug wert.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Kinder und Tiere sind auch Herzlich Willkommen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus. Da wir in einer guten Lage sind gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ortstaxe ist bitte noch extra in der Unterkunft zu bezahlen.
