City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Comfortable home in Old Gentilly Historical Neighborhood. This is not the an entire home but you do have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Your space is located in the downstairs area of our home (semi apartment without a kitchen). There is no kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave located in the space. Great neighbors. We are about a 10 minute ride away from French Quarter, City Park, Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest) and Lake Pontchartrain.
