We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Lottie Cottage on the cobbles, Haworth

Right on the cobbled Main Street of Haworth, this 300 year old cosy cottage is in the heart of the village with walks on the moors just moments away. Renovated, with many original features and quirks befitting its age. Fine restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance with the world famous Brontë Parsonage Museum and the Worth Valley Steam Railway both worthy of a visit. Countryside surrounds the village, which is a must to explore on foot right from your own pink front door.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night.
