The Orchard Cottage is a great base to explore local wineries, hiking, and nearby Bryce Resort. Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

Our house provides an excellent stay for those who would like to take a break from the busy city life and breath pure air, also in a convenient location close driving distances to supermarkets, gas stations etc. and if you work remotely this is place for you since we have a very good internet connection too.

The Magnolia House

The Magnolia House is located in the town of Broadway nestled in the Shenandoah Valley. Convenient to so many things to see and do. Nearby attractions include Bryce Resort ( a 4 season resort), New Market historic battlefield and museum, Luray and Shenandoah caverns, multiply vineyards, antique/flea market shopping and only 18 miles to Harrisonburg. The house is a short walk to Heritage park. The park offers a children play area, picnic shelters, a walking path and pickleball courts.
