This one bedroom compact garden unit is situated beneath our family home. It’s only a 10 minute level walk to the beach or 15-20 minutes to the centre of Manly. Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.
