Upscale apartment downstairs from the main house with a separate entrance and a small patio area. There is a living area; kitchen with an electric stovetop, microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, and sink; a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with cable TV and Netflix. There are both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is equipped with its own air conditioning and heating controls. There is high-speed wireless Internet and a desk for working. Coffee and tea are provided.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

The kitchen has a huge WOW factor w/ stainless high-end appliances, fully stocked, ideal for cooking, entertaining, or baking. Indoor/outdoor living w/ double french doors that both open up to the beautiful backyard space complete with patio furniture, BBQ and firetable, ideal for enjoying our amazing CA weather. Our detached guesthouse is centrally located in DTSJ near Japantown, features a king-sized, ultra-comfortable bed and cold mini split A/C system in the bedroom that guarantees a restful night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchen for chefs and for those who need to work during their stay, an automatic ergonomic sit-stand desk. The outdoor oasis includes a huge 65 inch Smart TV, ambient lighting, outdoor ceiling fan, propane fire pit, and dining and lounging area. Street parking is free and ample.

Lovely studio is light and bright with a vaulted ceiling and sky light, and the property is in a country setting. It is close to hiking trails, Redwood Canyon Golf Course, Lake Chabot, shopping and restaurants, Bart, and easy access to the freeway. The outside view is a meadow, hiking trail, and rolling hills. The studio has a full kitchen so if you decide to cook, we have all the tools you’d need for you to prepare a meal. We’d love to host you for stays of two days up to 28 days at a time.

Our cozy 1 bedroom has its own private entrance from the side yard (w/ TV). It's a 5-10 min drive from 680/880, restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Century / AMC Theaters, Newpark mall, Great Mall, Lake Elizabeth and a lot more!! Brand new outside Sink, Wifi/Modem worth $500, added :) We have an electronic key outside the door, so its truly a "private" entrance :). The room is cleaned by professional cleaners after each guest leaves and we change the bedsheets, pillow cases etc everytime!
