Il sito è composto da camera da letto, ampio soggiorno con due divani letto, cucina bagno e ampio cortiletto privato, dove potersi rilassare. Vi sono a disposizione due bici. Wi-Fi. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.
