Frankton, private room with own access + bathroom

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

The Loft on Flynn is centrally located just outside the gates of the Millbrook Resort and within easy walking distance of the picturesque and historic Arrowtown. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the local restaurants, vineyards, shops, walks, tours, cycle trails and ski fields.

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

Kick back and relax in this calm, contemporary space, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in scenic Lower Shotover. Enjoy the riverside walking and cycling trails along the nearby Shotover and Kawarau Rivers. Just a short drive to Frankton’s shops and supermarkets, the airport, Queenstown’s vibrant CBD, or historic Arrowtown, our location offers the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience—an ideal base for relaxation or adventure in the stunning Queenstown region.

Private Guest Suite at The Corner House

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

We welcome you to come and enjoy our slice of paradise. The self-contained cottage is located on our small rural lifestyle block in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin a short drive to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Airport. The cottage is nestled away with a private garden for you to enjoy. Modern 2-bedroomed, open-plan kitchen/dining/living/separate bathroom/toilet/large deck/shared driveway. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has the option of two single or king beds.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private one-bedroom unit attached to the main house, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the marina and The Remarkables. Just a two-minute walk to cafés & bakerys, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.
