Private entrance, bath, and kitchen. Located in an 1870 Victorian farmhouse, the studio has two single (twin) beds, for two people maximum. Convenient to T, near the shops and restaurants of JP, 20 min from downtown. PLEASE NOTE the STEEP STAIRS and a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE which may not suit people with mobility or balance issues. This is a furnished in-law apt., 5 min. walk to stony brook station on the orange line train. Walk to great parks, blue bike rentals, shops and restaurants. Please read all the details. This is an In-law apartment, you have the whole 3rd floor to yourself, but you will pass thru the main house to get to the third floor, which has a private full bath & basic kitchenette, and can sleep up to 4.
