The lower level apartment of a Historic Gold Coast Q House in North Richland. Located near the Columbia River (3 blocks) where you can find walking paths, playgrounds, tennis courts and a boat ramp. Our home sleeps 5 with 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin daybed and 1 bathroom. This great location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. Family friendly, pack and play and high chair available upon request.

The wifi internet speed is 300 MB/S. The large, fully fenced back yard includes a BBQ and patio furniture. It has a single car garage, and two off street parking spaces. We live a few minutes away and are happy to help if needed.
