The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. Cozy family friendly house

The place is situated in a suburban-to-rural setting, not much traffic. Nearby there is a small amusement park »Lochmühle«, the Hessenpark (an open air museum) and the Opel Zoo They're all about half an hour away (by car). The house is fit for two adults and two children (up to around 14 and around 18, respectively). Four adults just don't fit, sorry. But then: we have free Wi-Fi and a coffee- and a tea-flatrate ;)
