Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minutes from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away. See Note under "OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE" about AirBnB fees rolled into the nightly fee.

Breathtaking views, mountain fresh air, and tranquility in the hill town of Vershire, VT; the Fortress looks out over the White Mountains to the East during the day and the Milky Way above at night. The property spans 6 acres that are available to all guests looking for a bit of snow-shoeing or a walk in the woods. Plus recent renovations! Designed and built by architect, Nick Fabrikant, it offers splendid open floor plans and incredible natural lighting through the many South-facing windows.

The Doll House has everything you’ll need at under 700 square feet. This fully-outfitted, historic, full-house rental has a complete kitchen, living room, two-bedrooms, bath, back sitting room, front farmer's porch and beautiful gardens and sitting areas. The Doll House is within easy walking distance to the Town Common, great restaurants and shopping, the Flying Monkey, and PSU. This unique cottage duplex is our home base for hiking, skiing, and paddling, and we're happy to share it with you! Tucked away on the edge of the village of North Woodstock, our modest retreat is a stones throw from all the excitement the region has to offer. Take a short walk to the nearest swimming hole, explore the National Forest, and be back in time to enjoy dinner on the back deck!

Kolelemook Cottage!

Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

Tucked away in a small town, minutes away from the New Hampshire border, located 2 minutes off of rt. 25 (direct route from Portland ME to NH) The ultimate family or couples getaway. Plenty of room in the back yard for any and all yard games, while also enjoying the firepit, "game shed" and 75ft of water frontage where you can swim, fish, or launch your kayaks from the dock into the Ossipee River. Wireless internet is available and reaches the back yard. The 'cabin' has 2 bedrooms.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.
