Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

The Boathouse is a perfect place to recapture some peace in a hectic world. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A great place to get away for a breath of fresh air. Sit by the year round creek and enjoy the soothing sounds of water meandering its way beneath the lush green trees as the sunlight peaks through the branches and dances on the water. Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds.
