The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
