Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome Guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations.

For more than 15 years, it has been my sanctuary when the rough and tumble of the business world has kicked me in the stomach, when heartbreak hit, and later it was the co-parent in helping me raise my gorgeous girls. Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Fantastic, quiet, remodeled private cottage, with large deck off living room and bedroom, and roof deck with city views, shared hot tub, a beautiful wet bar with induction burner, huge heated-floor bathroom, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, 77" 4K home theater with thousands of free movies, many streaming services, 1000Mbps internet, both WiFi and Ethernet and a dedicated work-from-home desk space, a large bedroom with reclaimed wood wall, and closet. One block from historic Castro district.

Located close to the Mission and Potrero Hill, our 2 bedroom (approx 1000 sq.ft.) rental is near great restaurants, unique shopping, and the newly opened Chase Center. This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Live like you own Church street in SF

Thanks for taking an interest in my apartment. Its perfect for one to two people although it can sleep four with the pull out bed. Years ago, it was a home movie theater. I converted it into a bedroom but kept the movie screen. There are some personal family photos in the unit only. Dresser and closet are empty. The deck is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon to take in the sunset and look onto Church street. VERY IMPORTANT! Read my pet/parking information before booking.
